Celtic wedding music - instrumental folk versions of popular and traditional wedding songs and pieces, suitable for bridal entrance, recessional, or simply as background music.
Some of these pieces are celtic-style versions and arrangements of classical pieces (such as Pachelbel's Canon, Ave Maria, and the Bridal March), whereas others (Give Me Your Hand, Mairi's Wedding) are traditional Irish and Scottish tunes which are often played at weddings.
The hymn 'Be Thou my Vision' is usually sung to the traditional Irish tune 'Slaine', and due to its popularity at weddings as a hymn I thought it would fit in well in a collection of celtic-themed wedding music too.
All of these arrangements are also available as sheet music if you want to play them yourself - look in the 'sheet music' section for more information. You can either buy them individually or there is a bumper pack which contains all of the sheet music for this album.
